Bumbershoot is proud to present a special late night, burlesque spectacular: "Apocalypse in Coney Island: A Bumberlesque Cabaret" at the Teatro ZinZanni spiegeltent (222 Mercer Street). A full menu of beer, wine and spirits will be offered, as well as limited late night food options.

This performance of edgy burlesque (as well as the day-time performances at Bumbershoot) was co-commissioned by Bumbershoot and the Noorderzon Festival in the Netherlands. The event’s stars include some of New York's wildest burlesque performers including Julie Atlas Muz (performance arts superstar), Dirty Martini (reigning queen of striptease and classic burlesque), Tigger! (the first ever Mr. Exotic World), and the trapeze-swinging Wau Wau Sisters. London's Mat Fraser (Thalidomide!! A Musical!) will host.

Entrance into this 21+ presentation of "Apocalypse in Coney Island: A Bumberlesque Cabaret" at the Teatro ZinZanni spiegeltent (222 Mercer Street) requires a paid cabaret ticket and a valid form of identification. This venue is outside the Festival grounds: a Bumbershoot ticket does not grant admission to this performance, and is not required in addition to the cabaret ticket. Cabaret tickets are non-refundable and may be purchased in advance exclusively online at bumbershoot.org through 3pm on Sunday, August 31. Cabaret tickets are $20, and will be held after purchase at the spiegeltent door (no tickets will be mailed). Doors and bar for this 21+ after-hours presentation will open at 11pm on Sunday, August 31 and the performance begins at midnight. All members of your party will need to check in together at the entrance to the venue. All seating will be pre-assigned before you arrive at the venue, and you may be asked to share a table or booth with other guests. Performers are subject to change.
