blog Making Art in the Line of Fire

The Second Arbitrary Art Grant in Greg Lundgren'€™s Dada Economics has been awarded! The Performance Grant took place on June 5th in front of On the Boards, where potential awardees protested performance art during the NW New Works Festival. The lucky protester was chosen using a gun scope that was focused on a predetermined target against the wall of On The Boards and at 7:47pm when Lundgren peered threw the scope the protester in the line of fire was awarded with $500 in cash.

Arbitrary Art Grants

The next Arbitrary Art Grant will have you kicking up your heels, as all participants must dance like they are being shot at, record it, and post it on YouTube by July 10. For a full description of the Dance Grant check out Vital 5 Productions’ website or this video!
