Here were some of the fun happenings at the Bumbershoot headquarters from this week!
- Last weekend I and my fellow cohorts had fun in the Bumbershoot booth at Folklife, helping people spin the prize wheel and sign up to be BumberFans. The weekend fun quickly converted to fast-typing on Tuesday as we donned our âthinking capsâ (see photo below) and quickly turned Festival fans into official âBumberFans,â just in time to get this weekâs latest Bumbershoot artist info AND Insider Deal!
- You know who else is a BumberFan? SIFF! This week they invited me to go check out some sweet movies and it got me super pumped for the 1 Reel Film Festival at Bumbershoot (curated by the fine cinema-savvy folks at SIFF). I donât know about you, but Iâm eager to enjoy some film shorts; theyâre cool and perfect for summer. More details on that series to come later!
- A TON of new Bumbershoot artists were announced Wednesday and Iâve been working fast to share their latest news through Bumbershootâs Fresh links (denoted by the lovely fresh strawberry next to artists’ names on the lineup page.) Click around and check out the latest links every day.
