In keeping with Bumbershoot’s tradition of providing thought-provoking and original content, the Festival showcases cutting edge and interactive green installations, hands-on activities and programming.

Give green some thought while you check out these eco-art options:

  • The Bottle House
  • Kidnapping Water: Bottled Operas—in the Dupen fountain. A series of mini operas that explore human interaction with water, inspired by water caught inside bottles at supermarkets.
  • The 1 Reel Film Festival’s Live Earth short film series. This inspiring series of short films is curated by the Seattle Film Festival and features films such as: “H2 Uh Oh,” “Alice in Not So Wonderland,” “Earth 2.0,” “Think (What Does It Take to Change a Habit?)” and many more.
