One Reel internships are your chance to see what it's really like to work on a large-scale public event. Our interns are awesome—doing intensive projects with a direct impact on the festival. We offer a comprehensive training program that includes an 8-week course in festivals management, one on one time with your mentor and team, and the chance to see it all come together at Bumbershoot. You'll work hard and have a blast, learning real skills that you can directly apply to the real world.
