Really Interesting Facts
(AKA: The stuff you oughtta know before you buy your ticket, so you can avoid confusion and embarrassment later. Nobody likes to be embarrassed.)
- Please study the Festival performance schedules carefully before purchasing day-specific tickets. If you have a single day-specific ticket, please check your ticket carefully before leaving home; tickets for the incorrect day will not be accepted.
- All events are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES, even in the event of an artist cancellation.
- All performance spaces have limited capacity. Early arrival is recommended to secure a spot in the audience, but is never guaranteed. Festival tickets do not guarantee entry into every performance, including the evening Mainstage shows.
- Online ticket orders include the following additional fees: Online Service Charge ($2/ticket), and Handling Charge ($3.50/order). Carbon Offsets and Send a Kid donations are not subject to these fees.
- Entrance into evening Mainstage shows requires a separate free pass. A limited quantity of free Mainstage passes are available each day at information booths on Festival grounds. One Mainstage pass will be available per person/ticket, per day, while supplies last. Read more about Mainstage passes.
- Comedy passes are not required, but recommended to secure a seat in one of the comedy performances. A limited quantity of free comedy passes are available each day at the Comedy Pass Distribution booth. One Comedy pass will be available per person/ticket, per day, while supplies last. Read more about Comedy passes.
